My sister said something that makes me realize what it means to love someone. It means that you would be by his or her side regardless of what happens. Would you be by their side through ups and downs? Would you be by their side when they are down, sick or having difficulties in life? When your lover is doing something wrong would you correct him or leave him to die? When your lover has a character flaw would you be there to help him to change or give up on him? I guess most people would not be by their lovers' side even though they claim how much they love them. Love is not in word or in tongue but in act. Are there really love around? Perhaps love from God, our family and some friends are the real love. The selfless love. This is the real love that will last forever and give us genuine happiness. Perhaps we do not have enough real love in our lives so we have to fill our emptiness with whatever that feels good in the moment.

Broken Dreams
As children bring their broken toys With tears for us to mend, I brought my broken dreams to God Because He was my friend. But then instead of leaving Him In peace to work alone, I hung around and tried to help With ways that were my own.
At last I snatched them back and cried, "How could you be so slow" "My child," He said, "What could I do? You never did let go."
